Cynthia Hughes is a commercial and residential REALTOR with Portside Realty serving Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Pensacola, and the surrounding Alabama and Florida Gulf Coast. Her buyers and investors often come from out of state, so they find her through search long before they ever meet her.
She needed a site that could compete with national listing portals for local searches, show both commercial and residential inventory, and prove which ads and pages were actually producing consultation requests.
We built a fast, custom Next.js site with a landing page for each of 13 Gulf Coast communities, in-depth buyer, seller, relocation, and 1031 exchange guides, a real estate blog, and listing pages covering commercial and residential properties in both states, all with full structured data.
Every page leads to a consultation form that emails Cynthia instantly and records which page the request came from. We built and manage her Google Ads campaigns, including campaigns aimed at investors in feeder cities, with phone, email, and form conversions tracked back to the ad.
