The challenge
Hitec Marine, a marine electronics installer and boat dealer on Kentucky Lake, had outgrown a WordPress site. Boat inventory had to be re-entered by hand, and sold boats lingered online.
They wanted to sell parts and electronics online, answer shoppers’ questions at any hour, and know which marketing actually produced calls and leads.
What we built
We replaced WordPress with a custom Next.js platform. Boats push automatically from HelmDMS, our dealer management system, including pending and sold status, so the website never shows a boat that is gone.
A full storefront with Stripe card and ACH checkout, customer accounts, sale campaigns, and order management is built and ready to switch on. A custom AI agent searches live product and boat inventory for shoppers and hands off to staff, and every form, chat, and phone tap is attributed for Google Ads.

Categories, brands, variants, sale campaigns, cart, Stripe card and ACH checkout with server-side pricing, Kentucky sales tax, and freight items routed to a call.
Customer accounts
Registration with email verification, order history, and saved addresses.
AI shopping agent
A custom AI agent that searches products and boats in real time, collects contact info, and transfers to a person with a push alert to staff.
Back office
Twenty admin screens for products, orders, customers, live chat, conversions, Google Shopping, Stripe, and staff accounts.
Full PBX and VoIP phones
We run the shop’s business phone system end to end: the PBX, the desk phones, and call routing, supported by the same team that runs the website.
Marketing integrations
Google Merchant Center feed, Facebook auto-posting, cached Google reviews, GA4 and Google Ads conversion tracking, and brand landing pages.
