The challenge
Tri-Turf, a family-owned sod farm in Paris, Tennessee that serves homeowners, landscapers, golf courses, and athletic fields, needed more qualified estimate requests, not just more form fills.
They also needed to know which ads actually produced customers, and to answer detailed sod questions after hours instead of losing those visitors to the next search result.
What we built
We rebuilt the site as a custom Next.js platform with self-serve tools that turn visitors into measured leads: a satellite yard estimator where customers draw their lawn on aerial imagery, a sod calculator, and a variety finder.
Every lead from six sources lands in one admin dashboard, scored by AI for spam and priority, with instant email and push alerts. A custom AI Sod Advisor answers questions around the clock, captures leads, and hands off to staff live during business hours. Each lead is tied back to its ad click and reported to Google Ads, Meta, and Reddit server-side.

Every lead is scored for spam and priority, with golf, athletic, commercial, and large-volume jobs flagged to the top.
Custom AI Sod Advisor
A custom AI agent with a sod knowledge base that answers customer questions, records leads, and transfers to a person live during business hours.
Satellite yard estimator
Customers search their address, draw their lawn on aerial imagery, subtract beds and driveways, and get square footage and a pallet count with overage built in.
Ad attribution that closes the loop
Click IDs and UTMs captured on every lead, chat, and phone tap; offline conversions uploaded to Google Ads, plus Meta and Reddit Conversions APIs and server-side GA4.
Instant alerts and auto-replies
Branded email and push notifications per lead with quiet hours, and an automatic reply to every estimate request.
Local SEO at scale
35 city landing pages, variety and lake pages, a blog, and LocalBusiness, FAQ, and review structured data.
