The challenge
Hughes Farm Service installs and repairs center-pivot irrigation and agricultural electrical systems around Murray. It was running an aging WordPress and WooCommerce site that was slow, hard to manage, and built on plugins it did not control.
A small field crew also misses calls while it is out working, and every missed call from a farmer with a down pivot is a job that might go to someone else.
What we built
We replaced WordPress with a custom Next.js website and storefront: product pages, cart, and Stripe checkout with prices and Kentucky sales tax calculated on the server, plus an admin back office for products, orders, and promotions. Every old WooCommerce URL was redirected so existing search rankings carried over.
On the phones, we set up a cloud phone system with a department menu for sales, service, and billing that rings two phones at once. When nobody can pick up, the voicemail is emailed to the team as an audio file and a text alert goes out immediately.

An automatic product feed for Google Merchant Center plus product structured data with pricing, shipping, and return policy.
SEO-safe migration
Permanent redirects for every old WooCommerce product, category, and tag URL so the move off WordPress did not throw away search history.
Cloud phone system
A department menu for sales, service, and billing, simultaneous ringing to two phones, and voicemail delivered by email with an instant text alert.
Local landing pages
Drainage and excavation pages for communities across Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana, and Illinois, plus pages for every irrigation and electrical service line.
