One screen for the whole front desk of an indoor play place.
Admissions priced by age, visit timers that run themselves, waivers, memberships, parties, and a care profile for every child, on the iPad at the counter. Built from the counter of a busy Saturday outward.

Most soft play centers, play cafés, and trampoline parks run on a stitched-together stack of tools built for gyms, tours, or classes: a booking site, a waiver app, a till for coffee, and a booking fee their parents notice.
It holds up until Saturday at 10am. Families re-sign waivers the counter cannot find, visit timers live on a whiteboard, overstays go uncharged, and the one staff member who knows about a child’s peanut allergy is on break.
We designed Jumpstead around a single bar: a brand-new family of three from the door to the ball pit in under two minutes. Find or add the family, tap what they want, and admissions price themselves by each child’s age. A missing waiver opens signing on the iPad instead of an error, and payment starts every child’s visit timer automatically.
Around that counter sits the rest of the business on the same families: memberships with failed-payment follow-up, parties and classes on one calendar, texts and email, loyalty, inventory, reports, and a booking API for the venue’s own website. Every child gets an encrypted care profile, and venues pay one flat subscription with no fees on parents.
Admissions priced by age, retail, café, deposits, and extensions in one cart, paid on a Stripe card reader, cash, or split.
Every admission starts a timer; the floor view sorts children by time left, warns at five minutes, flags overstays, and sells extensions in two taps.
Allergies with severity, medical needs, emergency plans, sensory and communication needs, and mobility, encrypted at rest with every staff view logged.
Sign once on the iPad, a text link, or the venue website; versioned waivers track who needs to re-sign, with unlimited signatures.
QR keychains, NFC fobs, the iPad camera, or any scanner, with a member self check-in kiosk and a capacity cap.
Recurring plans billed through Stripe; a declined card triggers email and text follow-up with a pay link and a past-due banner at check-in.
Rooms with deposits and guest waiver pages, class series with waitlists and roll call, one calendar with clash detection, and a booking API for the venue’s own site.
Automated texts and email, campaigns, points and rewards, inventory with reorder lists, and CSV-exportable reports across multiple locations.
We scope it with you, build it, host it, and stay on the hook after launch. Local to Murray, Kentucky, working with businesses anywhere.
